At SIR., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selected items are not quite right, we offer returns for a refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label generated from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
